Your signed proposal governs the work, not this page.

Nothing on this website is a contract. The scope, price, materials, schedule, payment terms and any warranty for your project are set out in the written proposal you receive after a site visit and sign before work begins. If anything here conflicts with that signed proposal, the proposal wins.

About this website

This site is operated by Eagle Construction LLC, Frankenmuth, Michigan. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information is general, not a quote

The pages here describe services, materials, coating systems and typical processes in general terms so you can make an informed decision. They are not a price quote and not a professional recommendation for your specific slab. We do not publish prices, and we do not quote floors or flatwork over the phone, because the condition of the existing concrete, moisture in the slab, access, drainage and the size and layout of the space all change the answer. An accurate number requires an on-site look.

Timelines, cure times and durability described on this site are typical ranges under normal conditions. Your project may differ, and Michigan weather in particular can change a schedule after it is set.

Estimates and scheduling

On-site estimates are free and carry no obligation. Requesting an estimate does not reserve a date on our calendar, and submitting a request does not create a contract. Estimates are valid for the period stated on the proposal; material costs and availability can move, and after that period we may need to re-price.

Online estimate requests are handled through DripJobs, a third-party scheduling service. Your use of that service is also subject to its own terms.

Photographs of completed work

Project photographs shown on this site are of work performed by Eagle Construction. Finishes such as flake blends, metallic coatings and stamped patterns vary between installations because concrete is a natural surface and every slab, light condition and application is slightly different. Photographs and colour samples are representative, not an exact match guarantee. We will review finish selections with you before installation.

Reviews quoted on this site are real reviews left by customers on our Google Business Profile and are reproduced as written. They describe those customers' own projects and are not a promise of the same outcome on yours.

Your responsibilities as a customer

To let us do the work properly we need accurate information and reasonable access. That means telling us about known issues with the slab or drainage, disclosing the location of any private utilities, irrigation lines or radiant heat within the work area, clearing the space before the crew arrives, keeping vehicles, people and pets off the surface during installation, and respecting the cure timeline we give you at the final walkthrough. Driving or parking on a floor before it is fully cured is one of the most common causes of early damage, and damage caused that way is not a defect in our work.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, layout and design of this site belong to Eagle Construction LLC. You are welcome to view, print and share pages for your own purposes. Please do not republish our project photographs or copy the content for commercial use without permission.

Where we link out — to our scheduling service, our Google Business Profile, or elsewhere — we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as-is. We take care to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of general information published here rather than on a site visit and written proposal. This paragraph limits liability arising from use of the website; it does not limit our obligations for the work itself, which are set out in your signed proposal and governed by applicable Michigan law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
