Why we work this way

The slab decides everything.

Most of the floors we get called to fix did not fail because someone bought cheap material. They failed because nobody checked the concrete underneath. A coating is only as good as its bond to the slab, and that bond depends on things you cannot see in a photo: moisture pushing up through the pour, a surface that was never mechanically profiled, cracks that were painted over instead of repaired.

That is why we do not quote a floor over the phone. We come out, look at the slab, test it for moisture, measure the space, and ask how you actually use it. Then you get a number that means something. It is slower than a phone quote and it is the reason our work holds up through Michigan freeze-thaw and road salt.

The same discipline applies to flatwork. Excavation, grading, forming and reinforcement get set to spec before anything is poured, because there is no fixing a bad base after the truck leaves.

Built by family

Adam and Jade own it, and they run it.

Adam has been around this industry most of his life. He earned degrees in residential construction and construction management, then served six and a half years in the U.S. Army before being medically retired. Eagle Construction started after that. He is on site, and he is the one who will walk your property with you.

Jade works alongside him on the business and in its day-to-day operations, bringing a degree in biology and an organized approach to how the company grows. Between the two of them, the person who scoped your project is the person accountable for it.

What that means in practice: one crew, one standard, and a direct line to an owner if something is not right. No subcontracted handoff where nobody remembers what was promised at the estimate.

What we do

Concrete and coatings, both done properly.

We pour and finish concrete flatwork — driveways, patios, sidewalks, slabs — and we install stamped and decorative concrete when you want the surface to do more than function.

On the coatings side we install epoxy and polyaspartic systems in flake, metallic and quartz finishes for garages and basements, plus commercial flooring, industrial concrete and outdoor coatings for spaces that take heavier abuse.

Straight dealing

What we will tell you honestly.

If your slab is too far gone to coat, we will say so rather than sell you a floor that fails in a season. If the weather will not support a durable pour or a proper cure, we will recommend a better window instead of rushing it. If a DIY kit would genuinely serve you fine, we are not going to pretend otherwise.

On-site estimates are free and there is no pressure attached to them. You get a clear written scope, and at the final walkthrough we go over cure timing and the simple maintenance that keeps the surface looking right.
